I am 30 years old and have been been overweight my entire teenage and adult years. I never looked at my weight as being a BIG issue, because I was always the big girl and accepted myself for who I was. I had the confidence, the swag, cuteness...ect. and never had a issue with dating..so I was alright and "NOT THAT BIG". How is a person "not that big"? you eiither are that big, and in denial or not big at all...so many labels society puts on us! I was in denial! big time! I felt that since I was in the 200's...Im good, at least im not in the 300's.....lol, what a way to think huh? 2007 after giving birth to my son my highest known weight was 330 lbs. Yeah, I know. I never felt like I was 330 lbs but I was...it was time for a change! I was insecure, I was fat and hiding behind a smile, I was teased and never realized it, I was in the back because I was ashamed, I was depressed because i couldnt fit clothes in the department stores, I did over eat, I have cried because I was fat, I was lazy, I did all those things and more and only a person who has been in my shoes know this all too well. I am on a mission to get healthy, to get comfortalbe, to continue living a better life, and lower my risk for obesity caused health issues. Please follow me on this Journey of mine, let me inspire you and give you the motivation to overcome these weightloss obsticles and finally succeed.
