Finally I invited over my two best friends to a slumber party that same night. Every time my parents are away, I invite them to spend the night over, watch horror movies, eat a LOT of popcorn and, of course, talk about our stuff. Usually they come when I have a problem, and they try to help me. Of course there's not much they can do about my lazy parents. They dont care, and that's it. Ugh great I already have tears in my eyes. Anyway, I was talking about something else. We were lying down over a few mattress in the guests room, where we spend our girls night. I have a huge flat screen TV and (drums) a huge popcorn machine. My parents paid for this when I was like 9, cuz I wanted to invite my friends to a very cool place.We had just finished watching our favorite horror movie: The Ring. A huge classic. I personally think it sucks, but it always make me scream in the moment, like when they found the dead scary girl in the closet. Besides, Jazz always imitates Samara and that's just hilarious.-Stop it Jazz! You're freaking me out!, Valerie yelled throwing a pillow to her. She just looked at her with an evil look between her dark hair, stretched her arms in front of her like some kind of zombie position and started walking toward her aggressor, curving her back and things like that.-You're gonna die Valerie Brucken! Is day seven for you, she said in a low voice that, instead of scaring me, made me bust in laughs.-(laughs) My god you're such a dork Jazz, you wouldnt scare a 3 years old toddler, I said mocking of her performance. She sat down combing her hair back to clear her face. I started playing with a pillow that was close of me and Valerie was admiring the roof of the room. The uncomfortable conversation begins... know.-You know Jess we've heard some rumors, Valerie started to say. Hell no. Well better to tell them, I couldnt keep this secret anymore. It was just killing me.-Yea, and plus is very strange that Shelby Huddson suddenly is so concerned about your safety. You know that girl is just trouble..., Jazz said and I couldnt help but talk in her defense.-She's not, I started to say and then they both glared at me, Ok maybe she's not the best example to follow but she's my friend..-Jess come on! Do you think you give a shit to her? She's only concerned about herself and her secret only, Valerie suddenly shouted. I froze there, not really knowing what to do.-You two know?, I asked them raising a brow. They nodded confirming what I just said.-The whole team knows Jessie, even Nick. He doesnt said anything cuz he doesnt care about her. But I'm pretty sure he will care that one of his best players is filling her lungs with a disgusting smoke, Valerie said staring at me. I was so NOT in the mood for a scolding.-Look I know I shouldnt, but I just need it right now. And seriously I'm not in the mood for a speech..., I said sighing and getting tired of hearing shit. I just wanted a girls night to clear my mind.-We're not about to give you one Jessie. I think you already know the consequences of what you're doing. But I think is unfair for your team to lose you this way. Cuz you cant tell me you can play as you used to do. You can barely run 2 miles, Jazz said givign me a disapproval look.-I know. I'm doing my best to quit but I just cant. I'm too stressed and I really dont know how to deal with it. You have noticed I'm angry all the time, and I act weird. My parents are not gonna be here for my birthday, and they dont even remember it, I said letting out all my problems in a single sentence. They both made silent and hugged me. We stayed that way for a long time until we decided to go to sleep, or else our ass were going to be in danger tomorrow morning when we fall asleep at some point. We slept all together in a single mattress. I actually didnt sleep a shit, cuz I cried the whole night.
