Feb 24, 2012 - My mom has the same problem--she just got a knee replacement. Basically, everything she says you can do one leg at a time or to touch the floor, do that. And instead of jumping, keep it on the floor. Like if she jumps back to a plank, you can always walk it back. Lunges might be a bit difficult...Maybe stick to squats? Hope that helped! As Lisa always says, "Listen to your body." You know best what is too painful, and when you need to stop or have a break. Good luck!

Feb 24, 2012 - There are tons of fitness videos but nothing comes close to Bodyrock. You guys are awesome! Lisa is a great motivator. What I like the most is that she provides a whole lot of modification and just one method of doing them. Keep up the great job Lisa!!!!! You are the best trainer on the internet!
