This is my starting point. I don't want to see any negative comments about my weight. I am trying to change my life with diet and exercise. 3 years ago I lost 30 lbs and have kept it off. This year I am determined to get myself to a healthier weight. My height is 5'3" and I am 23 so my weight should be between 115-140 (min/max) I am aiming to lose 30-45 lbs by next January.

Feb 8, 2012 - Thank you! I was so worried about posting this because people can be very mean and judgmental about weight. My husband is on board with working out too which is great motivation!
