WELCOME to the "Red Rooster" beach house! This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Seacrest Beach home is ideal for one large family or two families that wish to share the cost. There are two master suites and each bedroom has its own bathroom so that everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy. The house is just across from a huge 12,000 square foot pool that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and palm trees. Just a short 3-4 minute walk from the front door is one of the prettiest stretches of white sand beaches along the Gulf Coast. The community also offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the beach via large golf carts. The beach is so nice you will swear you are in the Caribbean!This home accommodates 12 comfortably - two king, one queen, one bunk, one twin, one full, and one twin trundle. Also, one twin rollaway and one twin sofa sleeper pullout. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom has its own TV and full bath. The kitchen, dining room and family room are open, which is great for gathering without feeling crowded. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and all your cooking and serving needs. The family room is very comfortable with a large TV, CD, and VHS/DVD player. The house has surround sound throughout, so bring your favorite CDs and DVDs. Also, the house has free Internet service via DSL. There is ample parking for cars.Seacrest Beach is right next to renowned Rosemary Beach on one side and Alys Beach on the other, which are great places to walk to in the evening. Rosemary Beach has several nice restaurants at varying price points, a coffee shop, retail shops, and our kids' favorite, the Sugar Shak, where you can get ice cream and candy. Bike rentals are also available in Rosemary. The communities of Seaside, WaterColor, and Seagrove Beach are just a short drive or bike ride down scenic Hwy. 30-A and are fun to visit. There is a safe bike/jogging path that runs parallel to 30-A the entire distance from Rosemary Beach to Grayton Beach (more than 10 miles).We prefer to rent to families. We do not rent our house to students or young single adults under the age of 25 unless they are accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who remains in the house for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses may be subject to forfeiture of advance rental payments and security/damage deposits. We do not allow pets in the house because the house has hardwood floor covering throughout. We love our beach house and hope that you will enjoy it as well and treat it as your own.
