Feb 23, 2012 - yeah i mean im completly legit nd honest on all my stuff i take whey creatine and im about to start on soem c4 preworkout but ive gone from 185 lbs like 25% body fat my freshman year to 235lbs and i think im around 15% body fat now so ive put on 50 lbs overthe last 4 years and trimmed up quite abit
