Feb 23, 2012 - Yeah it's a sad thing to see a loved one go through this. Especially when there is help for them, and they choose to fuck up anyway. I thought this might be useful to let others know that they are not alone in dealing with family that may have a mental disorder. What is more important is knowing that a 4th waiver can be problematic for anyone who involves themselves with a person who has given up that right.

Feb 24, 2012 - When a person is on probation they waive their rights to search and seizure they can be searched by a peace officer at anytime. If they are in your home, and claim it as a residence the police can enter and search your home without a warrant. Be careful... : )
