Hallie was home once they got back and Sutton ran directly to her. "Mommy!" She said happily."Hi Princess! How was your day with daddy?" Hallie smiled as she picked up Sutton. "Good. Daddy took me to the park!" Sutton smiled."That's good! You LOVE the park!" Hallie smiled. "I do, Mommy." Sutton smiled.Hallie smiled as she looked at Carter. "Thanks for watching her today!""No need to thank me! She's my baby girl! I'll watch her any day at anytime." Carter smiled as it quickly faded.Hallie wondered why Carter looked upset. Never had she seen him upset before, so it worried her when his smile faded quickly. "What's wrong? Did something happen today?" Hallie asked worriedly."Yeah. That guy that chased us and shot his gun at us....Sutton saw him at the park and he chased after us again, only this time he didn't have anything. He just chased after us.""Oh my gosh. I'm glad you're both okay!" Hallie said as she patted Sutton's back and laid her head on her shoulder, then brought Carter in for a hug. "Sutton thought she was going to die! I told her that I wouldn't let my baby girl die!" "I wouldn't either. I wouldn't be the same without my baby Sutton." Hallie said rubbing the back of Sutton's head, who was sucking on her finger."Neither would I. I think that she's going to need more guardians around so she could be safer." Carter suggested."Who are you thinking of?""Your sisters." "Danielle and Madison?""Yeah.""Danielle's in California, and Madison is only ten." "So, Matt will be here. Madison knows Sutton well. Madison can come here and take care of Sutton while we're at school and Matt can help her."Hallie thought to herself and wasn't sure if her younger sister should take care of Sutton with Matt.
