Feb 21, 2012 - When working with higher weights leaning forward helps a lot. Anyway the movement goes from legs so as long as you are holding your back straight it works just great.

Mar 25, 2012 - THIS VIDEO SHOULD BE RE-TITLED "MY LEG WORKOUT." If you're going to make a "How To" video, tell people the exercises you do, and how to do them with correct form. Don't make a video of you throughout your whole workout, with all the weights you're using. This isn't helpful. People may not know the difference between a "deep" squat and a normal one, so explain it! That's what a "How To" video is. It DID seem like a good workout, so good job, but come on. Get with it man
