May 7, 2012 - I know exactly what these guys are talking about. I've had similar issues with my lower back and shoulders. Recently I started doing rear delt flyes on back day and seem to be making ALL KINDS OF GAINS in my upper back. I seem to always feel rows more in my lats despite grip, weight, or range of motion. Rear delts and romboids are often underdeveloped and lead to muscular imbalances that cause shoulder problems aka SNAP CITY. Leave the BACK SNAPS aka deadlifts for jimmy struthers.
