If you want to flatten your tummy while standing in line or doing housework then you need look no further than this exercise... You can work your transversus abdominis (the muscles underneath your six pack muscles) - these are the muscles that flatten your midriff when you pull in your tummy as far in as you can and hold it for 15 seconds while breathing normally.
