Feb 23, 2012 - haha Lui your the man. As a guy who is still building stellar triceps, something that has really sent my growth to a new level is a position-of-flexion program. It goes like this: you do a midrange compound movement (close grip bench press), a stretch position movement like French press, your favorite haha, and then a contracted position exercise like kickbacks or cable pushdowns. Have you ever tried a routine like this and what do you think about it?
