Feb 24, 2012 - I have been lifting weights for the past 3 years so I have had time to develop some strength. If 5 was difficult for you and you were not able to do many more at the end, that's good. If you do this set of 4 exercises for 5 rounds at least once a week, twice if you can manage, your arms will be looking great and you'll get a lot stronger. As 5 lbs gets easier, increase the weight.
