This is just an example of some workouts you can do to help your body get into shape. I also keep a jumprope in my kitchen and I can jump while I am cooking something or waiting for the microwave. I can only do about 50 reps because of my asthma but hey it's better than nothing and it's quick and easy. We have to sneak workouts into our busy lives whenever we can.
