Feb 23, 2012 - Another Killer workout! What I love about your workouts is that you show us yourself doing the whole thing. Many trainers just demonstrate one or two perfect form reps and then leave us to get on with the rest. Your approach really inspires me to get out there and work harder! And thanks for not cutting out the real world slowing down, taking a moment etc!
