Mar 15, 2012 - Hey DJ I have a question, I'm a woman who has started a lifestyle change I'm not focusing on loosing weight per say, however changing my body composition so the by product of that will be fat loss if that makes sense to you. I've been having a scoop of whey protein powder before my workout about 30-45 minutes before then another scoop maybe 10-15 minutes afterwards. I do heavy to med weight four times a week with 45-60 minutes of moderate to intense cardio. .

Mar 15, 2012 - @isos2triple0 Hey that's a great plan right there!....what was your question? You said you had a question but I didn't see one in there

Mar 15, 2012 - @stoudemire132 Do you mean you're working out at school right when you got there early in the morning? If you don't have time to eat a solid meal..just focus on getting that good meal within 2 hours after you workout if possible..is that what you were asking?

stoudemire132 Says:

Mar 15, 2012 - No I workout at the gym after school depending on my homework. Like between classes...I only have 5 minutes to get to class....and I need to get my macros and calories in. I'm always bulking because I'm a teenager and I'm taking advantage of the testosterone in my body at this age. Thanks

Mar 15, 2012 - @stoudemire132 Oh ok I gotcha..I would utilize whole wheat bread, turkey breast..maybe try having some sandwiches you could eat in between class..and that is a great solid meal

Mar 15, 2012 - Alright thanks man...and disregard the personal message I sent you from my other channel

Apr 14, 2012 - Gonna try this. I'm not good at planning ahead, but I am able to make nutritious food, only problem might be not getting enough and not at the right time. I have started making lunch and dinner for the rest of the day, but not for several days. Seems like a good idea.Just a quick question - what kind of fat sources are in your meals?

DJFitnessTips Says:

Apr 14, 2012 - @kloroplaster My main fat sources come from olive oil and natural peanut butter or other nuts for the most part
