WHAT IT IS; 10 sets of exactly 60sec's of work consisting of the following in each 60second set; only 1x Barbell Deadlift (your choice of how heavy, but aim for max weight), only 1x Box Jump (your choice ow high, but aim for max height), Max Reps of Double-Under Skipping. You have exactly 30sec's rest between each working set. This workout will take 15min's (14min 30sec to be precise, the stopwatch must never stop). HOW TO SCORE; Deadlift 1kg = 1 point, Box Jump 1cm = 1 point, Double-Unders 1 rep = 4 points OR Single Skipping 1 Skip = 1 point. At the end of all 10 sets add up each set's score, and then total each set's score to get your grand score. RULES; Deadlift (weight must start on the floor dead, and be lifted to completely full extension, and be lowered all the way to the floor, no dropping), Box Jump (the box height must be measured in cm's, the jump must start with both feet leaving at the same time and land with both feet landing simultaneously, fitness freak must stand tall and still at full extension on top of the box for it to count), Double Unders (spin the skipping rope twice under your feet each skip, a very attentive rep counter is required when the freak is combining single skips with double unders as these have different scoring).
