Apr 14, 2012 - most of this advice works for me. worked better for me 3 years ago though - when i was 18. but i'm no longer a skinny fuck. now if i eat too much meat, even if it's not that fatty like u say, it goes straight to my gut. all in all a good video. just keep in mind - viewer - that this advice might not work for you if you're not a young lean guy with a fast metabolism. u might just stay fat.
